I’m Áine,

Pronounced Awe nya, which is Irish for Anne, Irish born and bred. But I’ve spent my entire career outside Ireland based in London, and then relocating  to Sydney. 20 years of international consulting experience with over 40 organisations, from multinationals to start ups, and qualifications in organizational psychology and psychotherapy, has shown me that when we can bring our whole selves to our role - our intellect and intuition, our deeply felt experience and conceptual models, our vision and wisdom - we give so much more to what we are part of, we feel more alive and fulfilled and the people, organizations and groups we impact benefit, often in unpredictable ways.

I’ve always sought to challenge the status quo – add new perspectives, question assumptions - to create more meaning, more impact. After spending my early career looking for better ways to enliven the human spirit, I bear both the joys and scars of doing that within the boundaries of organisational life.
