Over the last 20 years my approach has been strongly influenced by the work of:
- Ken Wilber and Integral Theory, and its application through Integral Coaching Canada;
- Robert Kegan the Harvard Developmental Psychologist and the associated body of adult development research;
- the late Chris Argyris, a pioneer of learning organisations, through the work of Mike Vernon in the UK.
I am indebted to these teachers for providing the solid foundation upon which my work is based.
